From "finding" the story, writing dozens of pitches, loglines, synopsis, to completing the script as an additional writer, I find my passion in sculpting the story based on my "character driven" compass (unlike "plot" driven).
Further, during the Storyboard Animatic phase, I thrive at converting the written medium to a on-screen medium,  hand in hand with the director.
Finally, thanks to my experience both in live action and in animation,  I love balancing between creative and production analytical parameters to meet decisions that serve one purpose : the movie's success.

While being gentle, I won't waste your time with games or sugarcoating.  Information hoarding and fear only hide problems – or make them worse. I speak the truth directly, always focused on what's best for the mission. I'm french, so Erin Meyer knows what I mean.

My passion for stories translates into actions. I've actively studied literature, taken masterclasses, (see my CV) and put pen to paper (or fingers to keyboard!) developing my own screenwriting skills. That's why, when I produce, I bring more than enthusiasm. I can craft compelling pitch decks (for example I delivered for animation comedy or a live action... thriller!), I can write loglines and synopses, nail down themes and character arcs... even handle trailers and mock-up posters. When I produce, I partner closely with writers and co-develop strong stories.

My extensive background in production spans service, studios, freelance, and client-side roles. I understand the nitty-gritty of development, production, on-set supervision and post-production workflows (including design, CGI, VFX, motion graphics, audio, editing, you name it!) This enables me to make budget-conscious creative decisions while consistently elevating the quality of your project.

From brainstorming sessions to pioneering groundbreaking work, I thrive on fresh challenges. My comfort navigating ambiguity helps me steer even the most uncharted projects confidently. Let's collaborate and break new ground!

Twenty years of international experience - the majority of it as an expat - hone my communication skills. I build trust across diverse teams, nationalities, and cultures, translating into smoother projects and on-time delivery.

Complex movie/series projects with tight deadlines don't faze me. I manage diverse stakeholder teams, juggle multi-project workload allocation, and collaborate like a champ. All while maintaining my focus on getting the mission over the finish line with excellence.

Books like "Mindset" (PhD Carol Dweck) and "Non-Violent Communication"  (M. Rosenberg) shape my outlook. A growth mindset lets me learn from mistakes and persist through challenges, while mindful communication helps me understand and work effectively with stakeholders at every level.

Forget chasing information for partners or making uninformed decisions. I build robust systems that provide constant access to essential project data.  Streamlining the flow of information empowers my team and me to act decisively, with all stakeholders benefiting.
Coupled with experience, it allows anticipating potential roadblocks early on, for which I develop mitigation plans that safeguard your production's budget and timeline.

I'm fluent in Microsoft and Google Suites, Shotgrid, Airtable, Adobe Creative Suite, Frame.io... you get the idea. Mastering these tools makes me an effective bridge between the creative and technical sides of your projects.
