Concept Development & Creative Ideation:

• Write and develop initial concepts and story ideas

• Initiate and design pitch bibles, treatments, and visual mood boards

• Define a strategic creative vision for the project.

Script & Story Crafting:

• Support the development and revision of scripts

• Drive sessions to refine narrative structures and character arcs

• Ensure the narrative vision is maintained through all iterations

• Integrate creative feedback from writers, directors, and artists

• Perform additional script writing, depending on projects.

Visual Development & Controlling:

• Collaborate with art directors and designers to develop key visuals

• Initiate marketing material conception, trailers, style guides and visual references

• Control the visual consistency and narrative coherence throughout the project

• Review, provide feedback and changes list. 

Note that I perform all above tasks autonomously.

Partner & Funding Setup:

• Identify and secure strategic partners and co-producers

• Establish financial frameworks including funding from institutions, investors, or grants *

• Calculate production budgets, worksplits and financial schedules

Project Setup & Administration:

• Oversee the initiation of projects from concept to production

• Draft key terms and negotiate contracts with key talents and stakeholders

• Manage risk assessments through legal, technical and creative requirements

• Setup production timelines and ensure alignment with funding conditions

Stakeholder Management:

• Serve as the main liaison between creative teams, financiers, and partners

• Facilitate communications to ensure all parties are aligned on project goals

• Oversee the integration of partners’ input during production phases

* I perform all listed tasks, besides of the Fundings applications which require a dedicated role.

Budget Management & Tracking:

• Create and maintain detailed production budgets

• Track expenses and allocate resources efficiently

• Provide regular financial reporting and forecasting updates

Production Scheduling & Workflow:

• Develop and manage comprehensive production schedules

• Coordinate daily operations to ensure smooth workflow

• Implement quotas/tracking systems for milestones and deliverables

Team & Resource Coordination:

• Manage day-to-day production tasks and on-set logistics

• Coordinate between departments (animation, sound, post-production, etc.)

• Oversee production teams to ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards

Problem Solving & Adjustments:

• Identify and address production challenges promptly

• Adjust schedules and resource allocations as needed

• Ensure that production remains on track despite unforeseen changes

Note that I can perform all above tasks, though they are usually co-performed by a Production Manager and/or coordinator while I focus on Producer and Creative Producer duties.
